NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Fulton Superior Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 25C01-1107-MF-466, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-24, was Plaintiff, and Lorri D. Day and Roger I. Runyon, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of November, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 200 E 8th St., Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana.
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 30 North, Range 5 East; thence North on the Section Line 20 Rods; thence East parallel with the South Line of the Northwest Quarter 20 Rods; thence South parallel with the West line of said Section 20 Rods; thence West on the South Line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 20 Rods to the place of beginning containing 2-1/2 Acres more or less. Also: Commencing at a point in the center of the public highway on the West Line of Section 20, Township 30 North Range 5 East, begin 20.36 Rods South of the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of said section, township and range: thence North 20.36 Rods to the Quarter Section Line; thence East 2 Rods; thence South 20.36 Rods, more or less to the center of said public highway; thence West in the center of said highway 2 Rods; more or less the place of beginning, containing 1/4 of an acre, more or less and being in the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 20 in Fulton County, Indiana.
