By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No. 25D01-1110-MF-683, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association as grantor trustee of the Protium Master Grantor Trust was plaintiff and Bryan R. Thomas, et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of November, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 200 E 8th Street, Rochester IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Fulton County, Indiana:

Beginning 1169.1 feet East of and 465.5 feet South of the Northwest comer of Section 21, Township 30 North, Range 3 East, which beginning point is on the North right-of-way of a road; thence East 49.37 feet; thence on a curve of radius 262.48 feet and of length 50 feet subtended by a chord bearing North 84 degrees 33 minutes East which chord bearing North 84 degrees 33 minutes East which chord is 49.93 feet in length; thence North 10 degrees 55 minutes West 147.86 feet; thence West 90.19 feet; thence South 07 degrees 11 minutes East 151.2 feet, which is to the place of beginning, containing 14,176 square feet and also known as Lot #24 Bel Wood Acres.
