NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Fulton Circuit Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No. 25C01-1206-MF-000447 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Brandon T. Slone and Unifund CCR Partners were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 29th day of January, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a m, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 200 East 8th Street, Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana.
Parts of Lots 75 and 76 in the Original Plat of the Town, now City of Rochester, Indiana, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 75; thence North 110 feet; thence East 55 feet; thence South 110 feet; thence West 55 feet to the place of beginning, being 55 feet off the entire West end of said Lot 75 and 55 feet off the West end of the South 27 1/2 feet of Lot 76.
