NOTICE OF ACTION

TO QUIET TITLE

Notice is hereby given that City of Rochester, has filed his Complaint to Quiet Title under Cause No. 25C01-1303-PL-182 against ROBERT M. SMITH, Tex Tan Western Co., Action Co., Fulton County Medical Clinic, and the Whole World, and that, the City of Rochester is owner of said real estate, situated in the County of Fulton, State of Indiana, and described as follows:

Lots numbered 397, 398, 399, 406, 407, 408, all in Lords Second Addition in the Town, now City of Rochester, Indiana, excepting therefrom the right of way of the Chicago and Erie Railway Company across Lots 399 and 406.

More commonly known as:

"Sw [of] 1st St. & Fulton Ave."

That the last known address for one or more defendants are unknown; that each is a designated defendant in this case, and additional defendants the whole world, including all persons or entities who may claim title to or have an adverse interest in the real estate. That this action is prosecuted to quiet title to the property against Robert M. Smith, and the whole world, and all persons or entities who may claim title to or have an adverse interest in the real estate.

Any interested party may file an answer or responsive pleading to the complaint in writing within 20 days of final publication of this notice, after which a judgment by default may be entered. If any interested party has a claim against the plaintiff, arising from the same transaction or occurrence, your claim must be asserted in the written answer or response.
