NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Fulton Circuit Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No. 25C01-1212-MF-944 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Mark E. Harmon was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of September, 2013 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 200 East 8th Street, Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana.
A tract of land in Section 34, Township 29, North, Range 3 East, in Fulton County, Indiana, beginning at the northwest corner of Section 34 which beginning point is in the middle of a public road, thence South 298 feet, thence East 165 feet, thence North 298 feet, thence West 165 feet, containing 1.13 acre, subject to legal highways. Being the same property conveyed from Karyn S. Harmon, an adult, to Mark E. Harmon, an adult, by deed dated July 23, 2002, and recorded July 30, 2002, as Instrument No. 0203519, in the Office of the Recorder of Fulton County, Indiana. Keith N. Hoffman and Betty M. Hoffman, husband and wife, conveyed said property to Mark E. Harmon and Karyn S. Harmon, as husband and wife, by prior deed dated October 28,1991, and recorded October 28,1991, in Volume 166, Page 331, in the aforesaid office.
