NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
By virtue of a certified copy of Decree of Foreclosure to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No. 25D01-1006-MF-183 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association is Plaintiff, and Jeffrey S. LaGrou and Donna Y. LaGrou are the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 26th day of July, 2011, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day at the Fulton County Sheriff's Department the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana:
The North Half of Lots Numbered 647 and 648 in Spott's Addition to the Town, now City of Rochester, Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 38.
Lot Number Two Hundred and Sixty-two (262) in Robbins and Hatter's Addition to the Town, now City of Rochester, Indiana,
Commencing at a point on the North boundary line of Lot #92 of the New Plat of the Town, now City, of Rochester, Indiana, 82 1/2 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Lot #92; thence South to the center of said Lot #92; thence East to the alley; thence North to the Northeast corner of said Lot #92; thence West to the place of beginning.
Also, commencing at the Northeast corner of the South Half of said Lot 92 in the New Plat of the Town, now City, of Rochester, Indiana; thence West on the North line of said South Half of said Lot #92, 82 1/2 feet; thence South 2 feet 3 inches; thence East 82 1/2 feet to the alley; thence North along the West line of said alley 2 feet 3 inches to the place of beginning.
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot #77 in the Original Plat of the Town, now City of Rochester, Indiana; thence North 47 feet 2 inches; thence East parallel with the South line of said lot 165 feet to the East line thereof; thence South 47 feet 2 inches to the Southeast corner of said lot; thence West 165 feet to the place of beginning.

Neither the Sheriff nor the Plaintiff in this case warrants either expressly or impliedly any title, location or legal description of any real estate sold at the sale. Any prospective bidder should obtain their own title evidence before making any bid on any properties subject to this sale.
