BR #1 of ARM #4 TILE, 

CAUSE #59-1966

The Surveyor of the County of Fulton, State of Indiana, will be receiving sealed bids for Reconstruction of the #526 SS Collins Br #7 to Br #1 Tile, until Friday, February 9, 2018, at 4:00 P.M., at the office of the Fulton County Surveyor, in the Fulton County Office Building. Sealed bids will be opened and publically read aloud after 9:00 A.M., Monday, February 12, 2018, in the Commissioner’s Room at the Fulton County Office Building. Any bids received after the above designated time will be returned and unopened. 

This project consists of 5,060 feet of tile placement on the #526 SS Collins Br #7 to Br #1. Location of work: Section 2 & 11; Township 30N, Range 1E; Union Township, Fulton County, Indiana; and Project starts at the Open thence Northwest across CR 100 N, located on CR 100 N and 1,200’ East of 775 W. The total length of this project is approximately 5,060 feet. Lump sum bids will be received on said project provided in the instructions to the bidders. All bids shall be in full accordance with the bidding documents consisting of this Notice, Instructions for Bidders, Plans, Profiles, and Specifications, including any amendments, additions and/or deletions for which notice is given. All of the above will be filed in the office of the County Surveyor, Fulton County Office Building. Copies are available to contractors at no charge. All proposals or bids shall be addressed to the Fulton County Drainage Board, Fulton County Office Building, Rochester, Indiana, in a SEALED envelope marked #526 SS Collins Br #7 to Br #1 of Arm #4 Tile. Bids of $75,000.00 or more shall be properly and completely executed on the State Board Accounts Form 96 furnished with the bidding documents with the Non Collusion Affidavit thereon properly executed as required by the State of Indiana. Also the bidder shall furnish financial statements as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts when the aggregate bid is $75,000.00 or more.

When the aggregate bid is $75,000.00 or more, the bidder shall deposit with his proposal a Certified Check made payable to the Fulton County Drainage Board, or a Bidders Bond payable to said Board in the sum of five percent (5%) Certified Check or Bidders Bond and also if the successful bidders aggregate bid is $75,000.00 or more he shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond, within ten (10) days of notification of acceptance of said bid, in the amount of the aggregate bid payable to the said Board. Said bond shall be provided by a corporate surety licensed to do business in the State of Indiana. Final release from said bond shall be conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract and payment of all expenses and damages, ensuing there from including payments of all subcontractors, labor and material. 

No bids shall be withdrawn after opening of bids for a period of fifteen (15) days after the date set for the opening of said bids.

The Fulton County Drainage Board reserved the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any information in bidding.
