By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Fulton Circuit Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No. 25C01-1709-MF-000578 wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC was plaintiff, and TOMMY J. BRADFORD, SR. a/k/a Tommy J. Bradford, MARY BRADFORD and the Unknown Tenant were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of March 2018 at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 200 E. 8th St., Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana.
